Rapist should be executed for sure!

Rapist needs to be punished or executed??

Human lives are really important and are a lifetime deposit, but for some they are not able to live it. Their chances of living are taken away abruptly by strangers who doesn’t even know the meaning of human life and how scared it is.

For those life takers, they don’t deserve to live on with their lives. They should be executed or thrashed to death. These people should be tortured and should put some sense how it hurts or how women suffer when they were hurting them.

But the government claiming to have sense, the criminals are only punished with a life imprisonment or put behind bars for years.

Being literate I clearly know that life imprisonment is a more than enough punishment but the family members of those victims won’t be happy with these kind of punishment.

Capital punishment is good as it conveys the authority of the ruling institutions. Stopping many from committing a crime they know they will pay. But still there are some sick and psychos who are committing crime regarding women in India. It does give justice to those whose family members are stolen from them by the whim of someone who thought they had the right. Furthermore murders forfeit the right to live when they take another person’s life. But women in their self defense, murder is justified.

Execution is the most appropriate punishment for certain types of crime. High treason or heinous crimes like rape, murder are the height of crime they are committing so they must be executed. It is imperative that society tries to protect its citizens from such type of brutal criminals and the most sure way to get away with those criminals is execution. This punishment make those criminals think twice before committing such acts, as well as show the inherent value of human life by pushing away those who snuff out the life of innocent people.

So in from my point of view death penalty is the justified punishment and serves good to the family of the victim or the society as a whole. The old times of an eyes should ne brought back into our judicial systems. There is nothing barbaric about capital punishment . And this thegovernment should be aware of. The barbaric end is coming from the people on the streets who commits the crimes like rape and murder of innocent people and affects the very survivors of the people, so its 100% justifiable to enforce death penalty.

Lastly, I must stress that death penalty is by any means the most appropriate and justified punishment in respect for the lifes of which those heinous criminals took. So, the rapist should be executed.
