Environmental issues of India!!

Since about late 1980s, the Supreme Court of India has been pro-actively engaged in India's environmental issues. In most countries, it is the executive and the legislative branches of the government that plan, implement and address environmental issues; the Indian experience is different.  The Court has laid down new principles to protect the environment, re-interpreted environmental laws and created new institutions and structures as they are the one who's been engaged in bringing about change in environmental changes in India.A recent boom in the industries of India, little or no environmental education to most of the citizens, infrastructure at its bursting point, not to mention the huge deforestation that's going on. A whopping 65% of the land in here is degraded in some way, shape or form and the endless government policies do little to curb the damage. In fact, there is no shortage of government legislation protecting the environment but unfortunately it is never enforced due to flagrant abuse of power, corruption and lack of resources.Authorities do take money for environmental changes and stuff but all these money are corrupted, not sure if it's true, that's so i heard.But besides that India is still having problem regarding to encroachment to nature.Though times have improved since the colonial British invasion, because of which industrialization and technological innovation has boomed and led to progress of the nation yet somehow the Indians lack to see the importance of a clean environment.  Ecological issues are an integral and important part of environmental issues challenging India. Poor air quality, water pollution and garbage pollution – all affect the food and environment quality necessary for ecosystems.India is a large and diverse country. Its land area includes regions with some of the world's highest rainfall to very dry deserts, coast line to alpine regions, river deltas to tropical islands. The variety and distribution of forest vegetation is large. India is one of the 12 mega biodiverse regions of the world.Indian forests types include tropical evergreens, tropical deciduous, swamps, mangroves, sub-tropical, scrub, sub-alpine and alpine forests. These forests support a variety of ecosystems with diverse flora and fauna.Until recently, India lacked an objective way to determine the quantity of forests it had, and the quality of forests it had. People are cutting down trees to build malls and factories, but they tend to lack understanding that forest is the root of life on earth.
And in India most of the pollution is caused by vehicles or industries. Industries are doing a lot  in polluting the country and the earth as a whole.But its still said that industries are the pillar in building up the nation. But i doubt that. Nowadays people are so lazy that if they wanna buy a packet of milk, even though the shop is near they use their vehicles to go there. What would they do if they are in early centuries where we have to walk wherever we go. If the cars and the vehicles are not invented yet.People should really think about how much they are affecting the environment and in arger sense, the ozone layer.
And also in the streets of some cities, there are garbage dumped everywhere. Sometime i think that people kind of thinks that if the garbage is out of their house then its fine, they don't need to think of the street or the neighbor hood where they dumped. People of so full of themselves that they don't know how to think about others or are they just dumb? If some people try to lead the way or make some changes, they are dragged down by saying different things. People are so damn involved in their own life that they don't have to think about the planet we live in or the country we live in. So i sincerely think that people of India should get a ground and really think about the devastating environment of India.

When Isee your eyes, it’s your love, it’s a feeling that I lived with. I can’timagine how I got stuck into your eyes. So many feeling in me taking a wave,neither I have words to say only just few. My love for u began when I saw myshadow in the back of your eyes that never vanishes even I look away. Soon Isee through the twinkling eyes, my shadow is not only, my smile, my urges, mydreams and moreover my life just waiting for your smile, urges and dream.

It waslike a poor girl laying under the blue sky, makes me to leave the past behindand today my life begins with you. It’s a whole new feeling with you and withyou I feel alive again. It’s not a love song but the feeling I feel around you.I tried to move on with my life but love is strong that I got stuck in thatmoment. The way he teached me how to have direct eye contact, I feel like I’mswimming in a blue ocean of the world. I could feel my soul but the peril wasnot so far, the feeling of that moment , I desire would stay forever. Peopledon’t know that feeling, the feeling of blood streams moving in every pore ofmy body.

My heartbeats so fast ,faster than the rays of sun in the morning. The warmth of hislove, melt my heart. The smile on his face binding me in his lace. Petty wordswere jut insufficient to express the way I felt for him.

In mydesire to see my love, to heal the pain in my heart, I never want it to be thelast day of my love. The journey that I went through, I want it to be longerwith him.

His eyesgives me thirst of love, the pain that I kept inside becomes stronger everypassing seconds. Never wanna lose the last remains of his fragrance, trythousand times how to pour my feeling that is permanently stuck in the ocean ofhis love.

Love issweet poison. No one can’t escape from the power of love.

Rapist should be executed for sure!

Rapist needs to be punished or executed??

Human lives are really important and are a lifetime deposit, but for some they are not able to live it. Their chances of living are taken away abruptly by strangers who doesn’t even know the meaning of human life and how scared it is.

For those life takers, they don’t deserve to live on with their lives. They should be executed or thrashed to death. These people should be tortured and should put some sense how it hurts or how women suffer when they were hurting them.

But the government claiming to have sense, the criminals are only punished with a life imprisonment or put behind bars for years.

Being literate I clearly know that life imprisonment is a more than enough punishment but the family members of those victims won’t be happy with these kind of punishment.

Capital punishment is good as it conveys the authority of the ruling institutions. Stopping many from committing a crime they know they will pay. But still there are some sick and psychos who are committing crime regarding women in India. It does give justice to those whose family members are stolen from them by the whim of someone who thought they had the right. Furthermore murders forfeit the right to live when they take another person’s life. But women in their self defense, murder is justified.

Execution is the most appropriate punishment for certain types of crime. High treason or heinous crimes like rape, murder are the height of crime they are committing so they must be executed. It is imperative that society tries to protect its citizens from such type of brutal criminals and the most sure way to get away with those criminals is execution. This punishment make those criminals think twice before committing such acts, as well as show the inherent value of human life by pushing away those who snuff out the life of innocent people.

So in from my point of view death penalty is the justified punishment and serves good to the family of the victim or the society as a whole. The old times of an eyes should ne brought back into our judicial systems. There is nothing barbaric about capital punishment . And this thegovernment should be aware of. The barbaric end is coming from the people on the streets who commits the crimes like rape and murder of innocent people and affects the very survivors of the people, so its 100% justifiable to enforce death penalty.

Lastly, I must stress that death penalty is by any means the most appropriate and justified punishment in respect for the lifes of which those heinous criminals took. So, the rapist should be executed.

Since, China’s invasion of Tibet in 1949, more than a million of Tibetans have lost their lives as a direct result of the occupation. Many of our people died during the invasion and the year of the resistance. Many more lost their lives during the mindless carnage of the “cultural revolution”. The Chinese government force have plundered and destroyed more than 6000 ancient temples and monasteries in Tibet. Many historic private homes and public monuments were demolished, looted and razed to the ground.

Even today, there is continued practice of ethnic cleansing by introducing strategies like population transfers, depriving the Tibetans to practice their religion and culture, introducing Chinese language as their official language, new railway line project to serve the interest of china’s economy to the expenses of Tibet’s natural resources.

As geographically it’s kind of in the top of the world as its up north. And it being a cold country, the livelihood is kind of hard so they are depending on meat and flesh and their most important meal corn flour called “Tsampa”. Tibet is a country with a little population but because of it’s uncompromising lot of natural resources, China’s eye fell on us and we became the prey.

Tibet is a country of monarch, its ruled by kings but the last king was killed so the monarch rule stopped. Then came our religious leader, which was chosen by the citizens of Tibet. And the Dalai Lama incarnation generated since. And the present Dalai lama is the 14^th reincarnation of His Holiness.

About the livelihood and the lifestyle of people in Tibet is simple and most of them are “NOMAD”. And their livelihood are totally depended on nature.The Tibetan economy is solely dominated by agriculture. For eg. Hunting, gathering, cattle rearing and many more.

It is also said that parts of Tibet lies in central Asia. Tibet has some of the world’s tallest mountains, with some of them getting listed in top ten. Tibet has also been called the water tower of Asia. In India most of the rivers are originated from Tibet. The environment is severely dry for nine months of the year. Tibet is divided into three provinces. There are over 800 settlements now in Tibet. And the capital of Tibet is Lhasa.

Tibet used to an autonomous region but now that its been invaded for like centuries, its ruled by Chinese communist party and governs or rules as a communist.

The proof that Tibet is not a part of china is clearly known by the difference in the country flag.

The last wishes of the Tibetan people are to get to go to Tibet and have a life over there with no more Chinese government. And to sing our national anthem in front of Potala.

Women's security in india

Security of women in India.

Earlier,the status of women in India was very traditional.Very few women enjoyed freedom to seek education or any kind of training. A majority of them were viewed as second class citizen as men were the sole breadwinners of the family. All decision taking was in the hand of husbands.

After independence, the role of women changed due to industrialization. Many women began to leave their homes and start working , thus adding to the monthly income of the family. As a result women began to enjoy economic independence, their status in society rose and they enjoyed more dignity. Women today are no longer regarded as the inferior sex and enjoy more equality to some extent.

As a result of economic independence, there was a change in the structure of the family unit. We began to have more nuclear families. In such a step, the traditional role of women began to lose importance. Both husband and wife have a role to play and start living on equal terms.

Today women are present in almost all sectors, performing jobs once considered as male-oriented like police force, driving vehicles and management posts. Now women are considered better candidate for many jobs comparison to men.

The Indian society is now proud of outstanding women achievers like KalpanaChawla, SaniaMirza, BarkhaDutt, ShabanaAzmi and many more. With the achievement of all this, women now have so many opportunities that were once a dream.

The disturbing, increasing cases of sex crime against women are seriously alarming and brings about the questions of how safe are women in our societies today? From east to west India, the rising number of rape and assault cases on women cast doubts on the status and security of the ‘empowered, new generation’ women of India. And the sad fact is that most of the perpetrators of the heinous and cruel crime go unpunished and enjoy their respective lives, leaving the victim to suffer in public shame or disgrace.

Even in same states, the boast of 100% literacy and high respect for women, such barbaric acts take place. The involvement of politicians in rape cases in some states show that there is little the poor victim can do against such influential and powerful persons. Our system of talking these crime is also inefficient. Instead of encouraging the victim to register the complaint, she or her family members are threatened and dissuaded by the authorities against registering complaints. The delay in getting justice and the further inspection, examination and questions in police stations and courts makes the victim feel humiliated and this experience is as bad as going through the trauma once again.

And if any sort of rapist or murderers are caught and the evidence are clear against them it should be a capital punishment for sure. If they are guilty and found again with an appeal, why should they be allowed all legal rights and the associated cost to continue life? It’s for sure that the crime is committed deliberately. So??

So for the safety of women, more fast track course should be put up. And the criminals should be wiped out from the society everytime a new criminal borns.
